I, Pauline Lawson, of EmotionALL Coaching and Wellbeing, take your privacy very seriously and comply with GDPR. You may have some questions about what happens to any data you give. The most likely questions are answered here.

Who collects your data?

What data is collected?

We may collect your name, address, email address, date of birth, phone number and other information you provide voluntarily. When working with children and young people we also need details of any medication/allergies so that this information can be used and shared where necessary, and also parent/carer contact details.

Your image may be captured on our CCTV system both inside and directly outside our office/studio.


How do we collect your data?

We collect information from you when you complete our electronic and paper contact forms or when you contact us through social media, by phone, or attending workshops.

This information is used to answer your queries and organise any bookings with EmotionALL Coaching and Wellbeing, and to keep everyone safe.

We retain this information for booking and administration purposes only and we may contact you by email, by phone, or by other means as provided by you in relation to your appointments and bookings.

When you visit or are outside our office/studio, moving images of people may be recorded and stored on our CCTV system.


Why is data being collected?

We provide coaching services, consultation with schools and other groups, and run a variety of workshops for adults and children.

We also provide one-to-one coaching for children, teens, and adults.


How do we use your data?

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. We use your personal information to:

  • communicate information about our services
  • notify you of changes to our services
  • process an application for our services
  • plan and prepare appropriate workshop content
  • plan and prepare a risk assessment for physical, emotional, and medical conditions
  • feedback on the impact of the services
  • seek your views on our services
  • provide ongoing communication as part of a course of work
  • obtain permission for use of photos and quotes on our website and social media
  • send invoices
  • we may send you emails about new product features or other news about us or on topics we think would be relevant to you. You may opt out of these at any time.

In the case of CCTV, images captured may be processed:

  • for the safety and security of all in the office/studio
  • for the prevention of crime
  • to reduce the fear of crime
  • for defence should any legal or insurance claims arise

Do we share your data with any third parties?

We may use third party service providers to provide some of our services. Currently we use MailerLite as a means to send you newsletters and other information by email.

When providing our coaching and consultation services, we also have a Duty Of Care (such as a medical emergency). We will only do this when it is necessary or if we are required by law to do so.
